Vradipus (meaning Sloth) is a wonderful restaurant in the castle of Chios. It has a lovely terrace, elegantly decorated. All ingredients used are locally produced. The food is Greek cuisine but in an excellent modern interpretation, that will satisfy everyone. Service is also very attentive, yet discreet. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely go back.

Probably the best food I’ve had in Greece and one of the best food I’ve had… anywhere. The staff is very friendly, the orders arrived faster than anticipated and the atmosphere was really nice. Worth coming to Chios to have a meal here.

At a rating of 4.5 this restaurant is really underrated. Incredible food, beer or service and very good value. The cuttlefish is one of the best dishes I've had. If this restaurant was in London the bill would have been four times as much and it wouldn't have been as good. Fresh flavours, great ingredients and a twist on classic Greek cooking. Will be going back. Outstanding food and value for money.

If you’d like to have your dinner here, it’s essential to make a reservation a few days in advance. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to enjoy these delicious flavors at the small table out front. The caciki was served with a unique flavor compared to other restaurants on the island, and I highly recommend trying it.
